Contractor died in Mobile Airbus construction site

A contractor at an Airbus assembly site in Mobile, Alabama reportedly died in an accident, an article by AL.com stated on June 5.

The incident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. on June 4 when Mobile Fire and Rescue responded to a reported accident at the Airbus site. A man identified as a contractor of Brasfield & Gorrie was reportedly electrocuted. Mobile Police Officer Terence Perkins later confirmed that the man, whose name was withheld, later died. Airbus and the contractor firm both expressed their condolences to the family and friends of the worker. Authorities continue to investigate¬†the cause of the fatal electrocution at Airbus site. The victim’s name and other details of the incident have been withheld in order to protect the privacy of the mourning family.
