Two-vehicle accident in Birmingham injures two pedestrians

A two-vehicle accident injured two pedestrians in Birmingham, a report by the Birmingham Mail stated on Wednesday, January 8.

According to reports, the incident occurred just before 11 p.m. on January 7 when a car struck a taxi at Bristol Street. A spokeswoman with West Midlands Ambulance Service said the car also struck a wall. Two pedestrians reportedly sustained injuries and were brought to the hospital as a result of the collision. The driver of the car that initiated the collision was also hospitalized due to sustaining injuries.

No further details regarding the condition of the taxi driver were reported.
