Woman killed on roller coaster ride

A woman was killed after she fell from a roller coaster at a famous amusement park in Arlington, Texas the evening of Friday, July 19.

Gerstlauer Amusement Rides said they will be sending experts to Six Flags to figure out how Rosy Esparza was killed after falling from the roller coaster at around 6 p.m. Six Flags assured the public they would utilize all resources in determining the cause of the fatal accident last week after no signs of foul play were seen. The amusement park also said it will not speculate on the cause of the accident.

However, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions stressed that the rides are safe and pose a very minimal chance to people of being injured or being killed.

The legal team at Yearout & Traylor, P.C., sends their condolences to the family and friends who were affected by this loss.
