A public apology was made by environmentalist Erin Brockovich over her boating while intoxicated arrest on Sunday, June 9.
The 52-year-old Brockovich was seen by a game warden having a hard time securing her boat to the dock at the Las Vegas Boat Harbor. According to Nevada Department of Wildlife spokesman, Edwin Lngar, she struggled to carry out the simple task of maneuvering her boat into the dock.
She was arrested late Friday night after having a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit, according to Lyngar.
Brockovich posted a $1,000 bail for her temporary release from the Clark County Detention Center.
