Instructor pilot killed after Alabama plane crash

A Dutch pilot was killed after a plane crash in Alabama.

According to news sources, the Boeing AH-64 Apache helicopter was flying a Dutch student and instructor as they were conducting a routine training flight and the incident occurred.

The instructor pilot was pronounced dead on the scene by emergency officials and the student walked away without injuries. The plane was coming from Fort Rucker, an American base that the Dutch Air Force is using to train helicopter pilots. The investigation into the accident is underway.
