A 74-year-old man from Jemison, Alabama was arrested after he was involved in his second pedestrian accident in the past three months.
The man was charged with assault after an investigation showed that the man hit two pedestrians on the same road. The first accident occurred on Jan. 27 when the man struck a 60-year-old pedestrian on County Road 42.
The second accident occurred in November and was on the same road, but the victim was a 5th grade boy. This incident was ruled accidental.
